It is essential that you follow the application process carefully so that an admissions decision about your student can be made without delay.

Montessori International School is committed to protecting the environment for future generations and to following the Montessori philosophy of respecting nature. We know that you are too! We now offer you the convenience of sending the application via email.

The forms need to be completed by the parent/legal guardian of the student applying and the current teacher and/or counselor of the student applying depending on the enrolling grade level.
All application forms must be completed and signed by the parent/ legal guardian and the teacher responsible for completing the form. The confidential forms from the teacher shall be e-mailed or mailed directly to the School office, and not be sent by the parents/legal guardian.

All the following documents need to be included in a complete file.
• All necessary Application Forms
• Report Cards of the past 3 years of academic work, if applicable (including the academic year currently in progress).
• Photocopy of the student’s passport
• Photocopy of one parent’s passport from the same country of issuance as the student’s passport
• A proof of transfer of the Application Fee of PLN500 to our bank account as mentioned in the Application Forms

Once you have completed the application forms and enclosed the required dosuments, please email (as scanned and signed documents) or send the documents directly to the School office.

If, due to any reasons, you find it impossible to submit a complete file, please contact us immediately.

Completing the file is the first step in the Admissions Process.

Vacant spaces are assigned depending on availability.

The decision of whether or not a student is admitted to the Montessori International School is made by the Director and based on the submitted complete Application Forms, three years of report cards and additional requested requirements.

Students applying with Special Needs requirements may be invited to meet with our Resource Team prior to an acceptance decision being made.

There is NO testing required for admission purposes.

Decisions of acceptance, waitlisting or denial are communicated at the earliest convenience and are normally reviewed within 2 weeks’ time.
